We are located in the UK and hold all our stock in our own premises just outside Bedford in the South East of England. We only sell items that we have in stock, so there is no long wait times for stock to arrive before we fulfil your order.

All orders placed before 4 pm (Mon-Fri) are sent out the same day. The delivery speed will depend a little on your delivery option but is usually 1-3 working days.

Yes, we offer Next Day delivery on all Mainland UK orders. Simply select the option at checkout. The exact cost will vary depending on your order, but will be around £6.50. Orders over £100 qualify for free Next Day delivery. Only valid for orders placed before 4pm, Monday-Friday.

Yes, we offer free standard delivery on all UK and EU orders. All UK orders over £50 qualify for free Signed for 1st class delivery. We use Royal Mail for our deliveries. You will be able to select your preferred delivery method at checkout. For more information, see our delivery information page.

No, we are IOSS registered, so we will capture all taxes for orders to EU countries during your purchase and pass this information on to the carrier automatically. You will not need to pay any extra fees or taxes upon receipt of your order. Taxes are included in our pricing, so the price you see on our website will be the price you pay.

Yes, all the wallets we sell come with a 2-year manufacturer warranty that covers any faults or issues outside of normal wear and tear. Many of our wallets come with an extended warranty if you register your wallet. If you want to claim under the warranty, just get in touch with us and we will arrange to repair or replace the wallet for you.

Of course. We find most people love our wallets and so don’t need to, but we understand sometimes it’s not quite right for you, or you want to exchange for a different colour. That’s why we offer free returns (we cover the cost of return postage in the UK) and a 28-day return window to give you plenty of time to do so if you need to. See our returns page for full info and to create a returns label. You can even have Royal Mail collect the parcel from an address of your choice.

We are committed to reducing our impact on the environment and becoming a carbon-neutral company. For this reason, we stopped including printed order information in our packages in 2018. We will email all order information, as well as a link to download a full tax receipt should you need it. We also don’t include returns labels for the same reason, but you can generate your own here if you need one.

Yes, we can gift wrap any products, which is perfect to save you time or send it straight to a loved one for a special occasion. You can include a gift note which will be handwritten and attached to the wrapping. You can find out more and add gift wrapping here.

Yes, we offer personalisation on most of our wallets. To do so, simply press the “personalise it” button on the product page and use our easy personalisation tool to customise your wallet with some initials, a name, a message, a phone number or even an emblem or logo. We laser engrave the personalisation for precise results that last. If you can’t see a personalise it button on the product page, that unfortunately means we don’t currently offer personalisation on that item.
