How does it work?

It's simple, just book a slot with us here and we will email you a link to join a video call at your selected time. When you book we will ask a few basic, optional questions about how you use your wallet to help us know what you're looking for. You don't have to answer these, but it helps us prepare and make the best suggestions we can. 

Then you join the call via the link at the appointed time and our friendly expert will take you through everything you want to know and see.

Does it cost anything?

No, it's a totally free service. Obviously we hope to make money from the fact you choose to purchase a wallet with us, but there is no obligation to.

How Long Will it Take?

We allow 15 minutes, but we can take as long as you need or be as quick as you like. We'll spend a few minutes understanding what you're looking for then help you choose a wallet that fits. You'll have plenty of time to ask any questions and we can show you the wallets in action, which is why a video call works best for this.

We would say 5 minutes is about the shortest we can be and over 30 minutes would definitely be overkill. On average it's around 10 minutes.

Why a video call?

No, you're welcome to simply join with voice and watch. You're also welcome to turn your camera on so we can speak face to face with you. It's entirely up to you.

Will you be pushy or give me the hard sell?

Not at all, this really isn't our style. This is a helpful, personal shopping experience, we've got no interested in being pushy. While we obviously hope you will purchase something from us, there will be no obligation to at all.

To be honest, if we were any good at that kind of sales, we wouldn't be running an online store :)
