How Quickly will my order be dispatched?

We send orders out every working day. Orders placed before 4pm (UK time) on a weekday are sent out the same day, orders placed after that are sent the next day.

How much does shipping cost?

Free delivery options are available to the UK and most European countries. We strive to keep costs to other countries as low as possible, USA, Canada and Australia all have rates starting from just £3.

UK shipping rates are as follows:

• 2nd Class (2-5 days): Free
• 1st Class (1-3 days): £1
• 1st Class signed for: £2.80 or free on orders over £50.
• Next Day 1pm Guaranteed: £6.20/£6.90 depending on weight. Free on orders over £100.

How long will delivery take?

This depends on the country and shipping method chosen. We always provide an estimate of shipping times with each shipping method so you can have an idea - these are not guarantees but are usually met.

Within the UK, most 1st class items arrive the next day or 2 days after dispatch. 2nd class items generally arrive within 2-3 days from dispatch.
